PLOTTING YOUR ORGANISATION'S FUNCTIONS ON THE ROLES AS DEFINED IN THE LDT AND RANKING OF CANDIDATES FOR ROLES

The 12 professional roles as defined and shown in the example above create a ‘language’ for the measurement of fitness for specific tasks.
Most often, the functions of an organisation consist of a number of these roles, while some of the (LDT-defined) roles are more important than others (should be weighted heavier than other roles).
In a joint effort between LDpe and your experts we will ‘plot’ the roles and responsibilities of your organisation on the LDT role definitions. See the example below.

After we’ve plotted your organisations functions, we will be able to make ranking lists of your professionals towards the different functions of the organisation.
